My name is Reini Fick. I live and work in Cape Town, South Africa. I am originally from Namibia and was introduced to Ageless Grace by Denise Medved (the founder of Ageless Grace) in 2012, at the first seminar and certification held on the African continent.
I instantly loved the playfulness and expressiveness of this beautiful exercise program.
I am fluent in German, Afrikaans and English and travel extensively to give talks, demonstrations, seminars, workshops and certifications across our rainbow country and beyond. It is my intention to introduce Ageless Grace to as many people as possible, train new educators and collectively change the way we feel about aging.
My dream has always been to draw the beauty and potential from people and my experience as teacher, inspirational speaker and Human Pin Code analyst has lead me to embrace the science of Neuroplasticity and movement. I am also a trained Beauty therapist and Style Consultant and have a degree in Art.
